 NFL Pick'em: Blake grips top spot

 In Week 4 NFL picks action, a victory from his hometown San Diego Chargers helped Luke Walton become the only celeb to score into the double-digits. But it's not enough to catch tennis player James Blake, who has a firm grip on the lead with 44 total points.

Meanwhile: Week 3's top dog Bow Wow slipped back with the rest of the pack when his lock, the Baltimore Ravens, fell to the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night ... Holly Robinson Peete scored a season-low four points ... and Mama McNabb continues to ride the wave of Donovan's success ...
