Andy Roddick was on his game in Week 8, serving up a 10-4 record.
After weeks of battling for last place, Steve Harris and Andy Roddick took their games to another level in Week 8. The perennial bottom dwellers each went 10-4 and tied for first place for the week. Their strong performances did little to change the overall standings, but they are slowly moving on up.

It's no surprise that both Mama McNabb and James Blake made solid picks and head into Week 9 in a tie for first place. But they may soon have company at the top, as Heather Mitts and Jermaine Dye continue to rise.

Meanwhile, after a disastrous week, singer Pat McGee is turning his attention to his favorite football team. "The Redskins once again got robbed!" McGee said. "Gibbs is just getting it all worked out and ready for next year. These things take time. I'll be patient."

So the big question this coming week is: Will Mama McNabb choose her son's beloved Eagles as her lock-of-the-week pick as they play the state-rival Roethlis-burg Steelers?

  • Games are picked straight up
  • Poolers pick one lock-of-the-week, indicated by an asterisk*
  • Every other game is worth +1 if won and 0 points if lost
  • Lock is worth +2 points if won and -2 points if lost
  • Five points added to overall score for a perfect week
  • In the event of a tie, pool will extend to postseason
