Calculating who has experience and who doesn't this season

As Villanova will happily attest, experience matters, even in a one-and-done world. Which teams have that kind of veteran depth this season?

To measure experience, I like to use what I call returning possession-minutes. In effect, this is simply the percentage of minutes that a player recorded last season, multiplied by the percentage of the team's possessions that he used (as listed at kenpom.com).

If everyone's back from last year, your percentage of returning possession-minutes (or "%RPMs") will of course be 100. Conversely the major-conference average for %RPMs this season is 55.

Clear enough? Now, here are your least-experienced major-conference teams for 2016-17. These are the rosters with the smallest percentages of returning possession-minutes from last season:
