RENO, Nev. -- Marqueze Coleman gave Nevada the lead by hitting the first of two free throws with :35 left in overtime and AJ West put an exclamation on it by rebounding his missed second attempt and dunking, giving the Wolf Pack a 66-63 win over New Mexico Saturday night.
Nevada trailed by eight points after Sam Logwood's jumper with 4:14 left, but Coleman put the Wolf Pack on his back, drilling a 3-pointer and following it up with six straight free throws to put Nevada up by one, 57-56 with 1:50 to play.
Tyron Criswell converted a layup, but Hugh Greenwood got New Mexico even once again, knocking down a 3-pointer with 1:12 left that sent the game to overtime.
Coleman finished with 24 points to lead Nevada (8-16, 4-8 Mountain West), with Eric Cooper Jr. adding another 14 points and West added 12 points and 17 rebounds.
Hugh Greenwood led New Mexico (14-11, 6-7) with 15 points.
