COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Unfazed by the pressure of the College Football Playoff and tough to bring down even with multiple defenders draped over his body, Ohio State found a way to both rattle Cardale Jones and get him on the ground.

All it took was a dummy prank in the hallway of the Woody Hayes Athletic Center.

The program released a video on Monday of a handful of players falling victim to the gag after replacing one of the mannequins in a throwback Ohio State uniform with a human being, and its national-title-winning quarterback was clearly rattled by the unexpected surprise (which shows up at 2:12 in the clip).

Maybe that information won't help defensive coordinators around the Big Ten scheme against the redshirt junior this fall. But it might be worth showing in film study that Jones is human after all.
