Jabari Parker's decision coming

The wait continues on Jabari Parker's decision -- for now.

According to Duke, there was no news conference scheduled and nothing planned from Parker on Wednesday in terms of an announcement regarding his decision whether to enter the NBA draft.

Parker said earlier in the week he would decide Wednesday whether to declare for the draft or return to Duke for his sophomore year. Parker was in Oklahoma City with his parents on Monday to accept the Wayman Tisdale Award as college basketball's top freshman, and he said then he was planning to meet with Blue Devils coach Mike Krzyzewski on Tuesday to discuss his options and then announce a decision Wednesday.

Parker has said he will base his decision on where he can grow the most.

"I don't know where that is right now," Parker said Monday. "I'll talk to Coach about it and lay out my options, but I'm just really glad I get the best of both worlds."

Parker was the highest-scoring freshman in Duke history (19.1 points per game) and the first freshman to lead the Blue Devils in scoring and rebounding.

The draft is June 26.
