BALTIMORE -- Despite having had a glorious career as captain of the New York Yankees, Derek Jeter has had no problems moving on. "To be honest with you, I don't miss it at all," Jeter said on SiriusXM Radio as he called into a show to talk about his Players' Tribune website.  Jeter, 40, said he is plenty busy in retirement. He is trying to build a media empire with a publishing imprint and his website, The Players' Tribune, which serves as a way for athletes to shape their own messages. During the interview, Jeter, who did not attend Opening Day, made it sound like he will be up to the Bronx when the Yankees retire the numbers of Jorge Posada, Andy Pettitte and Bernie Williams. Jeter said he doesn't miss the long hours at the ballpark, but he does miss his teammates. "I keep in touch with a few of them," Jeter said. As for watching the Yankees, Jeter hasn't done much of that in retirement. He was asked to give a prediction on the American League East but was vague. "I really can't give you an answer but, you know, the AL East has always been a tough division; I'm sure it will continue to be tough," Jeter said. "But I have no clue. I really have not watched."
