Arian Foster to attend OTAs

NFL, Houston Texans

Arian Foster was limited to eight games last season for the Houston Texans, but the running back says he's fully healthy and plans to participate in OTAs.

Foster, who had midseason back surgery, has been working out for two months and declared himself "fine."

"I'm fine," Foster told the Houston Chronicle. "I got cleared ... so I'm feeling good."

OTAs run from May 27 to June 13.

Despite only rushing for 542 yards and one touchdown, Foster doesn't see the upcoming season as a comeback.

"It's not like I've got to go prove -- I'm not trying to prove anything," Foster said, according to the paper. "I always play this game to the best of my ability and that's what I'm going to continue to do."
