OAKLAND, Calif. -- Denver Broncos outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware left Sunday's 16-10 win over the Raiders early in the third quarter with a back injury and missed the remainder of the game.
Ware, who came into the game leading the Broncos in sacks with 4.5, had three tackles in the first half.
When the Broncos took the field for their first defensive series of the second half, Ware was not in the formation. The series lasted just one play as Von Miller sacked Derek Carr, forcing and recovering a fumble.
Ware will be examined more Monday after the Broncos return to Denver on Sunday night.
