Colts LT Anthony Castonzo 'week to week' with MCL sprain

NFL, Indianapolis Colts

INDIANAPOLIS -- Colts starting left tackle Anthony Castonzo is "week to week" with an MCL sprain, coach Chuck Pagano said Monday.

Castonzo suffered the knee injury late in the fourth quarter of Sunday's victory over the Atlanta Falcons. The Colts' first-round pick in 2011 has started all 70 games he's appeared in over his five-year career.

Castonzo's injury forced Pagano to adjust the offensive line on the fly during Sunday's game. Starting right tackle Joe Reitz shifted over to left tackle, starting left guard Jack Mewhort moved to right tackle and Lance Louis came off the bench to play left guard.

Pagano wouldn't say whether that would be his starting line for Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
