Who's on the hot seat? These coaches need wins now

The reality is that all coaches are on the hot seat. Even Alabama's Nick Saban, who has won four of the past seven national championships, jokes (sort of), "What are they going to do to me when I lose three games?"

Something tells us Saban would be all right, but more than a few of his coaching counterparts head into the 2016 season needing to win or else. And, sometimes, winning eight, nine or even 10 games isn't enough. Just ask former Georgia coach Mark Richt. It always gets back to winning the "right" games and keeping the program moving on a path that assures the powers that be their investment is a wise one.

We've touched base with administrators, coaches, donors and agents to get a feel for whose seats are hottest entering the 2016 season. Obviously, this can and probably will change, and there's always the chance that somebody nobody thought was in trouble could be in trouble come November.

So here are our 10 hottest head coaching seats ranked from 10th to hottest. Surely, everyone will agree.
