That's true to a certain extent, and maybe never more so than with college basketball, which is what we're looking at with the release of the 2015-16 NCAA men's basketball title odds. As of now, we don't have a full list of which underclassmen are going to declare for the NBA draft, and it's hard to project which incoming freshmen will have the biggest impact on their teams, among other factors to consider.
