It is September eve. Instead of unwrapping presents tomorrow, we will be celebrating the next -- and final -- wave of prospects being gifted to the majors this season. And what a year for prospects it has been.
When it is all said and done, there could be 50 of Keith Law's preseason top 100 in the bigs. The flow of prospects, beginning with Kris Bryant, was slow to start, but now rosters across the league are littered with young stars. Although we have already seen a large number of top prospects promoted -- and have some who simply are not ready yet -- there is still a solid amount of talent that will flow through the minors-to-majors pipeline.
