The surprising layout of the 2015 fantasy football season continued in the Week 4 Thursday and Sunday slate of games. Twelve quarterbacks scored 17 or more points, among them Josh McCown, Kirk Cousins, Nick Foles, Blake Bortles, Alex Smith and Brian Hoyer, all of whom are currently owned in less than 27 percent of ESPN leagues. A similar situation happened among the upper-tier running backs, as Ronnie Hillman, C.J. Spiller and Duke Johnson all finished among the top eight scorers at that position after having combined for a total of 26 points over the first three weeks of the season.
