Biggest losers of the offseason

With the winter meetings a month behind us and most of the top free agents already signed, it's not too early to look at how organizations have done in terms of retooling for the 2015 season. Although every team goes into the offseason looking to improve in some area, inevitably some teams are going to fall short. There's still time left to make moves, but here are four organizations that should be getting nervous when looking at the calendar.


Cincinnati Reds

After a disappointing 2014 season in which the team was just three wins out of the divisional cellar, the Reds had a number of tough decisions to make going into the winter about the future of the club.
