YPSILANTI, Mich. -- Darrion Allen, who finished with a career-high 22 points, nailed a late 3-point jumper in overtime to give Longwood an 81-79 victory over North Carolina-Greensboro at the Eastern Michigan Showcase on Friday. Leron Fisher, who had 12 points, secured the victory when he made a free throw, blocked a shot and stole a pass in the final 15 seconds. Longwood's Ryan Badowski made a 3 for a 67-63 lead with 19 seconds left in regulation. Fisher made two free throws to push the margin to 69-66 with 9 seconds left. Tevon Saddler followed by hitting a 3-point jumper with two seconds remaining to force overtime. Lotanna Nwogbo had 18 points, Badowski added 15 and Shaquille Johnson had 13 for Longwood (2-1). RJ White led the Spartans (1-2) with 21 points, Saddler had 19 and Clay Byrd added 18.
