A look at what's happening around spring training in Florida and Arizona on Thursday:
---
FINAL START
The Mets and Cardinals wrap up Grapefruit League play in Jupiter, Florida. Mets right-hander Matt Harvey (Tommy John surgery) has his final tuneup before he makes his first major league start next week since August 2013. Lance Lynn pitches for St. Louis.
CATCHER OUT
Red Sox catcher Christian Vazquez will have Tommy John surgery. He had played only six games this spring because of elbow soreness.
BY THE BAY
The Giants and Oakland Athletics open their annual three-game exhibition Bay Bridge Series in San Francisco.
ON THE MEND
Red Sox closer Koji Uehara will test his strained hamstring in a bullpen session. Uehara has not appeared in a big league game since March 14 and he will begin the season on the disabled list.
