-Nick Chubb, Georgia, ran for 202 yards and TDs touchdowns to help the No. 10 Bulldogs beat Arkansas 45-32.
-Brett Hundley, UCLA, accounted for 424 yards of offense and three TDs to help the Bruins snap a seven-game skid at California with a 36-34 victory.
-Michael Dyer, Louisville, rushed for 173 yards, including a game-sealing 46-yard touchdown run with 44 seconds remaining to help the Cardinals hold off North Carolina State 30-18.
-Lucas Beatty, Gardner-Webb, threw for 430 yards and five TDs, including the winner in the second overtime of a 47-41 win over Virginia Military Institute.
-Justin Arias, Idaho State, threw for 465 yards with TDs in a 56-28 win over Southern Utah.
-Drew Hare, Northern Illinois, finished 365 yards of total offense, 185 passing and 180 rushing, and three TDs in a 51-41 win over Miami (Ohio).
-Colin Reardon, Kent State, passed for a career-high 360 yards and three TDs, and ran for another score in a 39-17 win over Army.
-Jalen Whitlow, Eastern Illinois, threw two TDs passes in a 52-13 win over Southeast Missouri.

SEMINOLES SURVIVE
Jameis Winston threw for 273 yards and two touchdowns to lead No. 2 Florida State to 31-27 victory over No. 5 Notre Dame.
The defending national champion Seminoles (7-0) used a second-half comeback with the season on the line to topple the Fighting Irish. Notre Dame (6-1) is the last ranked team on Florida State's schedule and the win might be the Seminoles' last chance to make a decisive impression on the College Football Playoff selection committee.
Notre Dame's Everett Golson threw for 313 yards and three touchdowns. Winston won the duel in the second half when, completing his first 13 passes against a defense that had Florida State flustered.
The Irish moved to the 2 on the final drive, but C.J. Prosise's offensive pass-interference wiped out an apparent go-ahead touchdown pass to Corey Robinson with 13 second left.
Winston prevailed after another week of controversy, with Florida State saying it was investigating whether he received benefits for autographs being sold online.

DOWN GOES BAYLOR
Bryce Petty got knocked around and struggled to find his targets, Baylor piled up the penalties and the Bears' undefeated season came to a grinding halt.
At West Virginia, the fourth-ranked Bears couldn't muster another comeback as they had last week against TCU. Baylor was held to its lowest point and yardage outputs of the season in a 41-27 loss to the Mountaineers.
Baylor was penalized 18 times for a Big 12-record 215 yards. The old mark of 183 yards was set by Texas Tech against Rice in 2007.
The Bears couldn't overcome a double-digit deficit as they did in a 61-58 win against TCU last week.
Baylor (6-1, 3-1) goes from being the Big 12 favorite to a team hopeful to stay in contention for the College Football Playoff, tossed into the mix with the other one-loss teams who now have no room left for error.

RARE MISS
With a short field goal the only thing standing between Oklahoma and the lead late in the game, Michael Hunnicutt just had to do what he's done for more than three years: be automatic.
No. 11 Oklahoma, trailing by a point in the fourth quarter, had finally had seized momentum after playing catch-up for much of the game. The Sooners drove to the Kansas State 1, but couldn't punch the ball in.
Neither could Hunnicutt.
Hunnicutt missed a chip-shot field goal that would have put the Sooners ahead with 3:53 remaining. A stunned home crowd gasped and groaned, and No. 14 Kansas State took possession and ran out the clock, defeating Oklahoma 31-30.
