PHILADELPHIA -- Wide receiver Miles Austin is joining the Philadelphia Eagles on a 1-year contract.
The team announced the deal for the veteran wide receiver on Tuesday.
The undrafted receiver spent eight seasons with the Cowboys before playing for the Browns last season, putting up 568 yards and scoring two touchdowns in Cleveland's struggling offense.
Austin, 30, had a breakout season in 2009, when he scored 11 touchdowns and had 1,320 yards.
