LeBron James on big screen precedes Indians' walk-off win

Safe to say, the city of Cleveland is crushing it this year -- in both the NBA and Major League Baseball. And when the two join forces, magical things can happen.

Remember when the Cleveland Indians went on a 14-game winning streak after the Cleveland Cavaliers brought home some hardware?

This partnership kept rolling Friday night when LeBron James went to Progressive Field to root on the Indians -- from a luxury box, of course.

At first, things were far from picture perfect for the Indians. The Toronto Blue Jays scored twice in the first inning. No sweat, though. Plenty of game left.

Come bottom of the ninth inning and Toronto leading 2-1, it was time to start sweating. Time to pull out all the stops. Put LeBron on the big screen.

What happens next? Jose Ramirez homers to tie the score.

Wait, what?

Yes, the Indians put LeBron on the screen, and a home run ensued. But there's more.

The next batter, Tyler Naquin slammed a fly off the right-field fence that turned into an inside-the-park home run. His dive into home plate was a Hollywood finish.

LeBron tweeted about the outrageous win with some suggestive hashtags.

If we've learned anything, when LeBron says a team is "next," it might not be as outlandish as you think.

Indians pitcher Danny Salazar followed up with a tweet to LeBron.

A picture-perfect finish, indeed -- not one, but two home runs, back to back, for an Indians walk-off win. Naturally, the Indians went ham on their Twitter profile, updating both their bio and profile picture to include Naquin.

So, how do the Indians top that one? Well, they have their fourth sold-out game of the season on Saturday. Think LeBron will make an appearance to ice the cake?
