Manning, who took part in Comedy Central's roast of actor Rob Lowe on Monday, managed to throw in a playful dig at the expense of former rival Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. The joke garnered laughs from all, especially from Lowe, who is a fan of the Indianapolis Colts, the team Manning played for over the first 14 years of his career.
