Bills WR Sammy Watkins (foot) listed as questionable for Sunday but is expected to play

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- The Buffalo Bills listed wide receiver Sammy Watkins (foot) as questionable on their final injury report Friday, but coach Rex Ryan expects Watkins to play in Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

"I think he's good to go," Ryan said. "He won't have a full workload, but we're definitely going to get him in there."

Watkins last played in a Sept. 15 loss to the New York Jets before he was sidelined by lingering soreness stemming from offseason surgery to repair a broken bone in his left foot. The Bills placed Watkins on injured reserve Sept. 30.

The Bills activated Watkins, who was designated Wednesday to return from injured reserve, on Saturday.

Watkins was listed as a limited participant in practice this week, and offensive coordinator Anthony Lynn said Friday that he has not yet committed to implementing Watkins in his game plan.

"He's about three-quarters speed," Lynn said. "He's still quick off his breaks. His long speed, his conditioning wasn't there. He was on a pitch count in practice. But it was just encouraging to see him back out on the football field."

In addition to Watkins, the Bills declared running back LeSean McCoy as questionable after thumb surgery on Sunday. Ryan said McCoy's thumb is "fine," and he is expected to get the majority of the team's carries Sunday.

Wide receiver Percy Harvin is also listed as questionable on the injury report after missing practice Thursday and Friday because of an illness.

"He's trying so hard to get back. I'm hopeful he'll be able to get back," Ryan said of Harvin. "He's trying to come in [to the facility], but we pretty much treat him and send him back home."

The Bills declared wide receiver Robert Woods (sprained knee) and running back Mike Gillislee (hamstring) as out for Sunday's game.

Without Gillislee, Ryan said rookie Jonathan Williams and veteran Reggie Bush will split snaps behind McCoy.
