Sammy Watkins, LeSean McCoy in for Bills; Percy Harvin to sit

Buffalo Bills wideout Sammy Watkins, listed as questionable on the injury report, is expected to start Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars but will be on a snap count, a source tells ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The team wants to be careful with Watkins as his conditioning and stamina are not where they need to be.

Watkins was activated to the the 53-man roster Saturday after being put on injured reserve in September. Lingering soreness stemming from offseason foot surgery has sidelined him since Week 2.

Percy Harvin, also listed as questionable, suffered another bout with migraines last week and is not expected to play Sunday, a source told Schefter.

Harvin, 28, has a long history with migraines. The Bills lured him out of a six-month retirement and signed him on Nov. 1. He has played in two games so far but has only two catches for 6 yards and one rushing attempt for 11 yards.

Before rejoining the Bills this season, Harvin had not played since Week 5 of last season. The team had put him on injured reserve because of lingering hip and knee injuries, prompting his retirement.

As expected, Bills running back LeSean McCoy was expected to play Sunday with a splint on his thumb, a source told Schefter. McCoy underwent thumb surgery last week and had been listed as questionable on the injury report.
