Vote: Which teams are the winners and losers of the first week of NFL free agency?

The dust has settled on the first week of NFL free agency, and more than 100 unrestricted free agents are off the market.

We've seen big names like A.J. Bouye, Stephon Gilmore and DeSean Jackson change teams, while Dont'a Hightower and Brandon Williams have stayed put. Dontari Poe is still out there, but he's the only player in the top 20 of our free-agent rankings that has yet to sign.

On Wednesday, ESPN's John Clayton handed out his assessment of the five teams that improved the most and the five that took the biggest step back during free agency's first surge. Of note, the Patriots were not included on his lists, as they had not yet re-signed Hightower prior to its publishing.

That said, which team do you think has improved the most over the past week? And which team has seen the biggest regression?

Our NFL Nation reporters handed out their grades for the moves each team has made. The Jacksonville Jaguars, Detroit Lions and New England Patriots fared the best, while the Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns and Green Bay Packers earned the lowest marks.
